Meatballs, stir fry veggies and rice. Too Easy! These flavour packed meaty morsels will take you 10 minutes top to make up and are just as quick to cook, making them perfect for during the week when you are rushing about. This recipe could be made in a few different ways too so you can ring the changes without trying too hard.
Ingredients
500g Chicken (or turkey) mince
1 tablespoon hoisin sauce
1 tablespoon oyster sauce
breadcrumbs
1 chopped onion
Salt and pepper to taste
Fry the onion till is soft and clear, put to one side to cool.
Put the mince in a bowl and add the sauce, breadcrumbs and cooled onion and a bit of salt and pep, squidge together with clean hands and form into balls.
Fry the meatballs in a pan, add in some chopped veggies and cook through. Serve with Rice and a bit more hoisin sauce.
Variations
Use pork mince instead of chicken and add some finely chopped coriander instead of onion.
